Checota Powerhouse Theater
Capacity: 568 seats
The Checota Powerhouse Theater sets the stage for epic dramas and powerful musicals with an industry-first convertible stage and Broadway-level production values that elevate every performance.
Level 1
Herro-Franke Studio Theater
Capacity: 180 seats
The new black-box theater offers a uniquely flexible space that brings you closer to the story—perfect for powerful, intimate productions and bold, unexpected performances. Whether it’s a moving drama or a fresh new work, this space invites you into a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience where no two visits feel the same.

Oberland Studio Theater Lobby
Capacity: 50-60 for cocktail style
The Greg & Rhonda Oberland Studio Theater Lobby features a full-service bar, complete with banquet seating, café tables, and high tops creating the perfect spot to relax with a drink and snack before the show or at intermission.
Level 1
Stackner Cabaret
Capacity: 182 seats
A unique and intimate setting with tables flanking both sides of the stage seated above and below. This stage surrounded by staggered tables puts you in the action. In this space actors often interact with the audience.

Hertzfeld E&E Center

This level of the Herzfeld Foundation Education & Engagement Center is a versatile, open-concept space that can be adapted to suit a variety of needs. Whether configured for a student theatrical reading or performance, a formal event dining setting, pre- or post-show social hours, or a meeting space for small to large groups, it offers the flexibility to create the perfect environment for any occasion.

Haack Galleria
Capacity: 150
The Sandra & William Haack three-level Galleria will unite our performance venues, along with all other public areas. The beautifully open and cascading galleria features entrances on the ground level from East Wells Street and the Associated Bank River Center as well as entrances on Level 2 and Level 3 via the Associated Bank River Center.

This level of the Education & Engagement Center is purposefully designed for classes, workshops, and activities offered through community programs and our new School of Theater. It provides a dynamic, flexible environment where people of all ages can explore the craft of theater, from foundational skills to advanced performance techniques.

Lubar Lounge
Capacity: 100
The Donor Lounge is a stylish and welcoming space designed for relaxation and socializing. With its modern décor, cozy seating areas, and warm ambiance, the lounge offers the perfect environment for donors to connect and enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere.

We Energies Lobby
Capacity: 130
Here, you’ll find abundant seating in the beautiful WE Energies Foundation Powerhouse Theater Foyer, including comfy chairs, couches, café tables, and high-top tables for those who prefer to stand while socializing.
